Although ARLO has Nigerian roots, he was born and raised in Hackney, where he currently crafts his alternative pop bangers. With praise from Elton John, ARLO began collaborating with producers Lost Boy and Peter Roberts on projects that partially shaped his musical direction today. ARLO's atmospheric alt-pop is refreshingly pure and wholesome, and it's about time you treated yourself to his impressive discography.

His latest enticing single, "Rivers," has ARLO suggesting that bad moments are merely temporary and better things are on their way. The slow-burning track is now accompanied by an artistic music video that depicts ARLO in various settings with light pink roses being a common motif. As ARLO showcases his stunning vocals in the vibrant visual, he continues to pick petals off the flowers, symbolizing the ending of an emotional era.

On "Rivers," ARLO shared,

"'Rivers' is a fun song with a meaningful message. It's me saying to myself that the bad times won't last forever; there has to be some good news around the corner. It's saying – please get back up and don't give up on the things that make you happy. Rivers have to dry up in the end."
