Montell Fish Conjures an Intoxicating Tale of Envy in "Who Did You Touch?"

Montell Fish, a master of raw emotion and evocative storytelling, has just unveiled his newest single, "Who Did You Touch?" It is the first single from his highly anticipated album Charlotte. This latest release, a testament to Fish's unique musical style, sets the stage for what is sure to be a spellbinding album.

The track, inspired by the vibrant energy of Parisian nightclubs, showcases the artist's powerful falsetto as he explores themes of jealousy and vulnerability. His sincere lyrics and haunting vocals capture the distress and sorrow of questioning a lover's fidelity. Over erratically emotional guitar lines and thumping bass lines, he croons, "Why did you think I won't figure out?" seamlessly blending resignation and anguish in his intoxicating vocals.

Reflecting on the single, Montell shared in a statement, "This first single was created/began in Paris, France, while processing religious trauma, with poetic interpretations of jealousy for a mysterious woman."

Fish's upcoming album promises to be his most accomplished work yet, cementing his position as a rising star in the alt-pop and indie music scene. Known for his dreamy and thought-provoking music, Fish continues to explore complex emotions and ideas with each new release. With his unique blend of vulnerability, sonic acuity, and artistic vision, he is poised to leave a lasting impact on anyone who listens to his music.
